HENDERSON, NV, July 28, 2009 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ — Global General Technologies, Inc (GLGT) www.glgt-corporate.com announced today the company has completed the acquisition of I.T.I. Bio-tech International, Inc., (www.nuayre.com). The company intends to build an industry-leading position in the development and distribution of its BIO Technology products, which are marketed under the brand name NuAyre.

ITI Biotech joins GLGT’s Collagenna Skin Care Products, Inc. as a second wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

In conjunction with this acquisition, Mr. Paul Sylvestre, President and CEO of I.T.I. Bio-Tech has been appointed President of GLGT.

I.T.I. Bio-Tech, has for more than ten years manufactured their own formulated products that are biodegradable and environmentally safe. I.T.I. specializes in odor and Air-borne contaminant removal products in residential as well as commercial application, effectively eliminating air pollutants, mold and mildew. Currently, the company is diligently working to complete its development of a new and revolutionary product that will effectively destroy airborne viruses and bacteria, further research in this product will lead to greater uses in the security and safety of the population against the threat of bacterial attacks.
