Bio-tech International, Inc., (www.nuayre.com). The company intends to build an industry-leading position in the development and distribution of its BIO Technology products, which are marketed under the brand name NuAyre.

ITI Biotech joins GLGT’s Collagenna Skin Care Products, Inc. as a second wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

In conjunction with this acquisition, Mr. Paul Sylvestre, President and CEO of I.T.I. Bio-Tech has been appointed President of GLGT.

I.T.I. Bio-Tech, has for more than ten years manufactured their own formulated products that are biodegradable and environmentally safe. I.T.I. specializes in odor and Air-borne contaminant removal products in residential as well as commercial application, effectively eliminating air pollutants, mold and mildew.
