FLKI which you represent(ed) is a fabulous little company (I was part of the investor Group that was invited to visit the company last August.) I saw their products all over Europe while there, and visited their newly expanded factory of 50 000 sq ft at Auffay in France. There is more research brain power and facilities there than I have ever seen in a Pink Sheet. Very impressive. The management didn’t know anything about shareholder awareness, but you do ! I’ve made great money on your recommedation of this company and have and continue to accumulate more at these ridiculous prices. Their papers, filings and financials are sparkling clean, the company is real, everything seems like you should be taking more interest in them.
In last week’s Friday’s Tips, you mentioned that Mina Mar will no longer be helping to take care of the financials being posted on Pink Sheets. A few questions:
Question #1
How do shareholders go about finding out when financials will be released?
Answer
You have to contact the company directly or whomever and however you go about getting info from other companies that have no IR representation.
Question #2
Will shareholders be notified of such a release?
Answer
We have no idea. We told the companies the importance of press releases.
Question #3
Does this mean Mina Mar will no longer assume responsibility for answering questions based on financials being released?
Answer
Correct. Even this reply is being sent as a matter of courtesy only. We wish you guys all the best.
