Helping You Get The Latest News……Voice Your Opinion
FLKI which you represent(ed) is a fabulous little company (I was part of the investor Group that was invited to visit the company last August.) I saw their products all over Europe while there, and visited their newly expanded factory of 50 000 sq ft at Auffay in France. There is more research brain power and facilities there than I have ever seen in a Pink Sheet. Very impressive. The management didn’t know anything about shareholder awareness, but you do ! I’ve made great money on your recommedation of this company and have and continue to accumulate more at these ridiculous prices. Their papers, filings and financials are sparkling clean, the company is real, everything seems like you should be taking more interest in them.
In last week’s Friday’s Tips, you mentioned that Mina Mar will no longer be helping to take care of the financials being posted on Pink Sheets. A few questions:
How do shareholders go about finding out when financials will be released?
You have to contact the company directly or whomever and however you go about getting info from other companies that have no IR representation.
Will shareholders be notified of such a release?
We have no idea. We told the companies the importance of press releases.
Does this mean Mina Mar will no longer assume responsibility for answering questions based on financials being released?
Correct. Even this reply is being sent as a matter of courtesy only. We wish you guys all the best.
Last Friday you mentioned that there are three bidders on the merger now. Can you give any more information? Does this mean there are three bidders for the potential merger candidate, or that there are three merger candidates that ZMGD is looking at?
Yes, the company is in talks with three separate groups. We stand by our Friday’s Tips.
The company has been very quiet in regards to Sanhe and Shot in the Gas. Are these subsidiaries still operating?
Yes, they are alive and well. We told company they need to start communicating more with shareholders. Our Friday’s Tips and Industry Briefs can only do so much. We hope the company starts sending out news more frequently moving forward.
Any updates about trade shows or expansion?
We are told the company will issue news releases of various events on a timely basis. Call or talk to the company directly.

RMDM Question: What happened to the bid that Innotrek put on the Dechang Expressway contract back in December?
Answer: Our China office tells us that they got most of the contracts. They are in the process of doing a reverse split and will start releasing all news after the split. They have a financeer in place willing to fund reverse boost program so the reverse split price should hold and hopefully move up. Thats the game plan
